How Do I Buy Tickets?

By Web: Order online 24 hours a day. Find a concert on the Concerts page, then click on it to see its detailed description and a link to Buy Tickets. All transactions are secure. Your tickets will be held at Will Call.

By Phone: Call 847.467.4000 during Ticket Office hours.

By Fax: Fax your order to 847.467.1831, 24 hours a day.

By Mail or In Person: Stop by the Concert Office, located at the south entrance of the hall, near Regenstein, on Arts Circle Drive. Or, mail your order:

Ticket Office Hours

Monday - Friday: 10 AM - 6 PM

Saturday: 12 PM - 3 PM

 

During academic breaks:

Monday - Friday, 11 AM - 3 PM (Closed Saturday and Sunday)

 

2008-09 Academic Year Breaks

Thanksgiving Break: Ticket Office closed, 11/27-11/30

Winter Break: Regular hours through 12/12, then:
    Open 11-3, 12/15-12/19
    Open 11-3, 12/22-12/23
    Closed 12/24-12/25
    Open 11-3, 12/26
    Open 11-3, 12/29-12/30
    Closed 12/31-1/1
    Open 11-3, 1/2
Resume regular hours 1/5/09

Spring Break: Regular hours through 3/20/09, then:

Resume regular hours 3/30

 

Ticketing Policies

Discounts are provided to senior citizens (age 65 or older), full-time students, school-aged children, and Northwestern University faculty and staff. To receive discounted tickets, patrons may be required to show identification; limit two tickets per discount ID.

All sales are final. Ticket exchanges may be made for $1 per ticket during business hours.

Lost or misplaced tickets will be replaced at no charge.
